HE MAKES HIS RE-APPEARANCE.

ON A TOUR ROUND THE WORLD.
ANOTHER HORRIBLE OUTRAGE.

GIRL OF TWELVE YEARS OLD THE VICTIM.

LONDON, Tuesday Afternoon.

News has been received that "Jack the Ripper" has appeared in Mongolia. The body of a twelve year old girl has recently been found horribly mutilated in a manner corresponding with that in which this terrible mono-maniac always executes his blood-thirsty deeds. It is supposed that he is making the tour of the world, imbued with the notion that he has a mission of vengeance to execute against the female sex.
