Henry Winslade, whose name is mentioned as a witness in the book, Jack the Ripper: An Encyclopedia (found on page 144).

WANTON DRIVING. - Matthew Wood was summoned for driving a horse and cab to the common danger in King William-street. The Alderman imposed a fine of 10s. and costs. - Henry Winslade was summoned for driving a horse and cart to the common danger of the public in Aldersgate-street. The Alderman imposed a fine of 5s. and costs. - A further number of conductors were fined for delay here as well as at Marlborough-street, Bow-street, and Lambeth. At each of these places, also, the police had summoned the usual quantity of drivers, but with no good effect, the approaches to the Haymarket and the theatres being just as crowded as ever. Really, we think some more reasonable arrangement could be thought out whereby this tremendous waste of time and money might be avoided.
