Identifying Caroline Maxwell

Identifying Caroline Maxwell
I've been trying to find Caroline Maxwell in the records in an effort to identify her and find more information on her and her husband, lodging house deputy, Henry Maxwell.
Henry died in 1889 so I use his death to eliminate the candidates. Only one candidate I have still looks like a possibility. Her name is Charlotte but Charlotte and Caroline are both female versions of Charles. George Street divides Thrawl Street in Whitechapel.
1871 Census
Christchurch, Spitalfields
85 Lower George Street
William Maxwell 23 Head Manager, House Man, Poplar
Charlotte Maxwell 29 Wife Lodging House Keeper, Finsbury
She was ne. Pulford, married to William Maxwell in 1867 in East London.
She was arrested for coining in 1858 and sentenced to four years.
Is this Caroline Maxwell, the woman who claimed she saw Mary Jane Kelly after she was supposedly dead?
