The Fourth Reich
On Monday, October 5, 2015, 2 Air France executives were forced to flee a meeting when a group of protesting workers began storming the company's headquarters. If you look at the following photo, you will see a man that looks like Adolph Hitler among the crowd. I believe that this individual knowingly dressed as Hitler to secretly convey that even Adolph Hitler probably attended protests to show encouragement to the populace protesting their rights. However, he was only attending to witness the ensuing police violence that he had created beforehand, or, that he even attended the concentration camps to witness the violence and attempted escapes.
Then in the next photo, you can see a man attempting to climb over a fence with his clothes in tatters, which is exactly what concentration camp inmates would try to do rather than undergo torture and interrogation. The officers are wearing hats that look very similar to a Nazi SS officer's hat.

There's someone who looks like Hitler here too, at a https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=6KRWJfCp4pI protest at Pearson International Airport.

Re: The Fourth Reich
Did you know that Adolph Hitler loved Islam? Did you know that Arab Chiefs awarded Benito Mussolini with the Sword of Islam in 1937? Here is the article which appeared in the Auckland Star.
AUCKLAND STAR, VOLUME LXVIII, ISSUE 66, 19 MARCH 1937.
"THE SWORD OF ISLAM."
ARAB TRIBUTE TO IL DUCE.
(Received 1 p.m.)
TRIPOLI, March 18.
"The Sword of Islam," a beautifully-chased blade, costing about 2000 pounds, and intended to symbolise Arabs' devotion to Il Duce and Fascism, was presented to Signor Mussolini by Arab chiefs. Signor Mussolini returned thanks for Libyan and Tripolitan loyalty to Italy, and support in the Abyssinian campaign, and assured them of peace and justice.
