Edward De Jong As JTR
In Kölnisch Zeitung is a story in which the author tries to show that de Jong and the notorious Jack the Ripper are really the same person. The surgical instruments, which we found on de Jong, we have examined chemically. That investigation found traces of blood, so that one can establish that they were used. Furthermore, there is one, between the remarkable presence of Young in London and the times that the women were murdered in Whitechapel. De Jong from 1889 to 1892 was seven times in London and this time there were seven women murdered. Each murder was coincidentally committed each time that the boy was present and no murder has occurred, since the Netherlands caught Jong. Since he has been kept for twenty months in the Netherlands, the Whitechapel murders have ceased. The Dutch police, all in account took the photograph of Young among the women in Whitechapel to distribute, in the hope that someone will recognize him. Thus reads the story, that the Kölnisch from Amsterdam is informed, and of course fully funded by the writer. Meanwhile, it has already been remarked that the boy from 6 November 1889 to 4 May 1892 has been in a prison, which he scammed because the Court in The Hague was sentenced. They should remember to tell the judge that Jong's co-worker in London, Mary Schmitz, gave him f17, 000 and on the course he went.
