Another Jack the Ripper Scare.
LONDON, Sept. 3. - The city is startled by the announcement that an old man, whose identity is at present unknown, has stabbed two prostitutes in the central part of the city for declining to accompany him. There is great excitement over the affair, and a veritable Jack the Ripper scare prevails.
