Sarah Fleming was a witness at the inquest of Frances Coles. She was the deputy of Spitalfields Chambers.

OFFICIAL.

MARY MORRIS, deceased.

PURSUANT to the Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Vic., cap. 35, entitled "An Act to further amend the law of property and to relieve trustees."
Notice is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against or upon the Estate of Mary Morris deceased, late of 40, Pearson-street, Kingsland-road, Shoreditch, widow, formerly Mary Gallaway, daughter of Robert Gallaway deceased, who died on the 15th day of October, 1884, intestate, and of whose estate Letters of Administration were granted on the 18th day of January, 1912, in the Principal Registry, Probate Division, of His Majesty's High Court in favour of Sarah Fleming, then a married woman, of 31, Wimbolt-street, Barnet-grove, Bethnal Green, the natural and lawful sister and one of the next of kin of the said deceased, are hereby required to send in full particulars and proof in writing of their debts, claims and demands upon the estate of the said deceased to the said Sarah Fleming, at the office of her solicitor, F.H. Adams, 109, Bow-road, London, E., on or before the 1st day of September, 1912, and Notice is hereby given that in default thereof the said Sarah Fleming at the expiration of that time will proceed to administer the estate and distribute the assets of the said Mary Morris deceased, among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims and demands, of which she shall then have had notice, and that she will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose debt, claim or demand she shall not then have notice.
Dated this 29th day of June, 1912.
