According to the research of Martin Fido, he claimed that Mary Kelly had worked as a servant in a convent. I could only find two girls who were born in Ireland in the 1860's working in a convent in 1881. They are:

Are you sure it is Neath Ireland? I'm not familiar with such a place but there is definitely a Neath in Wales, near Swansea, which obviously is the area connected with Mary Jane Kelly.
