We received yesterday the following letter: I,-Signatory, will be cursed if I with the ashes Christmas evening, between 9-10 o'clock not less than three girls and two women will be killed and cut into 12 pieces in Ginneken, if necessary under the eyes of the police . It must and will happen.

You may warn, but it will not help. The 5 December '95 everyone who resides in Ginneken will remember. The letter is a neat, clear handwriting. If this is a joke it's difficult to imagine someone is a perpetrator of it, in whose brains it only looks sad. The possibility exists, however, that they might be whole or half insane. The author is certainly a dangerous man.
