THE MURDERS
OF
WOMEN IN LONDON.
Discovery of the Criminals Caught by a Journalist - A Doctor Ripper - Scientific Madness.
The prisoners have been discovered; the perpetrators of the horrific crimes that has sown terror in London. It is not a single murderer, but a real gang of rippers. Here is a telegram on the subject:
Paris, 8 - are interesting details that communicate from London about the discovery of the criminals that have so alarmed the public.
A journalist, Mr. Tucker, of the Daily Telegraph, was lucky enough to surprise some people when a car drove down with the corpse of another woman, and asking for help, an achievement that may be detained for policemen Raekett, Runce and Murphy, who were the ones who dropped the corpse, and Jack Robinson is entitled as a medical doctor of surgery.
Explanations for this and his perfect coolness determine a new case of mad scientists, to solve by extirpation of some organs, the problems of deprivation and increasing population.
The police, in spite of their disguises, and stratagems, had been powerless to trace the track of the crimes, all precautions were useless. During the nights many arrests were carried out in the neighborhood of Whitechapel of many prisoners, of drunks and suspicious persons, but none of the detainees were implicated in the crimes. Men were refused registration in all vacant houses of Whitechapel, which are many, without results. The police had reached the point of releasing hounds through the streets of that neighborhood.
Several London newspaper editors carried on their own investigations, traveling at night into the more dark and dangerous places. One of them, the Daily Telegraph reporter, has been fortunate enough to discover the murderers.
Last night, when Mr. Tucker was carrying out his research, he suddenly saw a coach stop. As he seemed suspicious, he marched in front of some bad-looking house. Observation was put into the car and he saw four men climb down and they pulled from the coach a bulky package that could well be a cadaver. He approached, and saw that it was actually the body of a dead woman that the men unloaded.
The reporter began to blow a whistle that led to their detention, the police arresting four men and seizing the corpse.
One detainee is a policeman and another a doctor, according to his own statement. The arrested are two men who remain mysterious. The doctor is said to be named Jack Robinson and he seems to be the instigator of the crimes.
He submitted to the commissioner showing a fearlessness and said he is devoted to their compliance of a redemptive mission, which is to reduce the population of the earth by sterilizing women, for which he was engaged in the extraction of certain organs of the victims in order to submit studies.
According to him, the resolution of the physiological problem of poverty would be ended. Ignored if it is a dangerous lunatic who has what is called scientific folly, or a criminal impunity experienced if you are looking crazy. Whatever it may be, it is always a terrible aberration, which can not but arouse the conscience of honest and worthy people, with the most severe punishment, universal opprobrium.
