EXPOSURE OF ANATOMICAL MODELS.

The exhibition of anatomical models and drawings of various parts of the human body in shop windows in some of the leading thoroughfares of the metropolis has attracted the attention of the authorities, and it is understood that a general order has been given to the police to request sellers of such wares to remove them from the scrutiny of the curious. The reason is that an immense amount of morbid feeling has been excited by "Jack the Ripper" incidents, and the authorities are anxious that no fuel of any kind shall be supplied to the already kindled fire. The police, it is stated, visited several shops today.
